Varduhi is a California licensed attorney with experience in Corporate and Transactional law. She graduated from University College London with an LL.M. focusing on Corporate Finance.She is currently employed as an associate attorney assisting corporate clients with mergers and acquisitions transactions, financing agreements, as well as other corporate matters.
In the past Varduhi was the General Counsel of FINCA Armenia (the subsidiary of a Washington DC-based leading microfinance company). Varduhi  served as the Corporate Secretary for the Shareholder's, Board of Directors, Board's Audit Committee meetings. As a permanent member of the Extended Management Board meetings she used to participate in the decision-making of almost all important matters concerning the development of the company.
