Ani Avakian
USAAni P. Avakian attended Whittier Law School located in Costa Mesa, California. After graduation, she has developed skills in drafting and filing pleadings including complaints, cross complaints, answers, motions and replies with the court. She is familiar with the discovery process, not only propounding and responding to form interrogatories, production of documents, requests for admissions, notices of deposition, but also in analyzing responses to prepare meet and confer letters. Since her admission to the California State Bar in 2011, she has made court appearances, interacts with clients, and conducts legal research related to all aspects of civil litigation. The areas of law she is familiar with include business litigation and transactional law, and contracts.
