- advising the client on criminal law issues;
- study of materials of primary checks with removal of copies;
- appeal against decisions of investigators (inquirers), court decisions;
- visit to the IVS, pre-trial detention center to meet with the client;
- protection of the suspect (accused) in the course of primary, urgent investigative actions (search, detention in accordance with article 91 of the code of criminal procedure, etc.);
- participation in investigative actions conducted with a suspect (accused), witness, victim;
- preparation and submission of petitions, including the appointment and conduct of examinations, confrontations, additional interrogations, and other necessary investigative actions;
