Karlen Parsamian is a law clerk at Gourjian Law Group. Mr. Parsamian has experience in the practice areas of real estate, emerging companies, corporate governance & transactions, and private equity.

Mr. Parsamian earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and his B.A. from UCLA, where he graduated magna cum laude, with departmental honors in Political Science. While at Penn Law, he externed with the largest angel investor network, the Keiretsu Forum, and served as a law student counselor to startup companies at the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.
