Narek Naribekovich Kostanyan
Lawyer of the Moscow City Bar Association, permanent legal expert on TV. Postgraduate student at the Moscow Border Institute of the Federal Security Service of Russia. He is an expert on legal issues of the Trade Union of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Born on 05.01.1977 in Vaik Republik of Armenia. Graduated from the Faculty of Energy of the State Engineering University of Armenia with a degree in energy engineering. After that, he moved to the Russian Federation, where he graduated from the Ministry of Science and Technology with a degree in law.
He started his career in the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. At the age of 26 he was awarded a class rank of Advisor to Justice of the 3rd class (Major of Justice). For more than 10 years, he worked in the judicial system and the bailiff service. He has received commendations and letters of commendation from the Moscow Office of the Federal Service for Social and Economic Development.
Conducts various social projects under which dozens of elderly pensioners stayed in their apartments in the presence of court decisions on their eviction. They were deprived of their homes as a result of illegal actions of "black" realtors.
In Moscow courts he successfully defended the interests of detained Armenians during the April 2018 rallies in the Armenian temple complex! Result: not a single Armenian was arrested!
It carries out its advocacy activities both in Moscow and throughout Russia, in particular in the cities of Pskov, Sochi, Ufa, Vladimir, Kazan, Barnaul, Tula, Bryansk, Voronezh and others.
