Armen is an entrepreneurial lawyer who brings a diverse perspective to today’s startup community and real estate transactions.  Armen had the privilege to work for one of Canada’s leading startup boutique law firms in downtown Toronto. He has experience in business formation and structuring, corporate governance, capital raising for entrepreneurial ventures, representing angel investors and venture capitalists, intellectual property protection and general corporate and commercial law experience for entrepreneurial support.Acting as Legal Counsel to an emerging fintech company in Toronto, Armen was tasked with organizing the corporate structure, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions with a heavy emphasis on Series A capital financing from strategic investors. Armen actively represented the company in external events, including the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Fintech Sandbox program.
