Liana Serobian is an attorney passionate about defending the fundamental human rights of individuals. She has successfully defended rights of parents and children to be a family without unwarranted intervention by the State. She achieved reinstatement of custody and parental rights, and obtained relative placement for those children declared dependents of the State. In her criminal appellate practice, Liana Serobian achieved reversals of wrongful criminal convictions on appeal. Liana Serobian is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and is licensed and admitted to practice in the California state courts, the federal courts in the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
