Daniel founded Srourian Law Firm in 2013. Daniel regularly represents clients in commercial and employment matters involving breach of contract, antitrust, unfair competition, partnership disputes and dissolution, and commercial torts. Daniel's client list includes individuals and businesses of all sizes. Daniel has earned a reputation litigating against large multinational corporations in class action employment law. He has successfully litigated on behalf of large classes of individuals for various wage and hour disputes. He also heads Srourian Law Firm's entertainment practice, counseling various creative artists and managers concerning copyrights, right of publicity, defamation, licensing, and contract negotiation.
Daniel graduated from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California, where he was one of select few to receive a full tuition paid scholarship all three years of attendance for his exceptional accomplishments both in the classroom and in the community. Before graduating from law school Daniel interned for the Grand Army Entertainment's U.S. Finance house, headquartered in New York City. There, he conducted legal research and analysis on international tax and accounting models to help utilize both federal and state tax incentives to provide nearly $1 billion of funding to finance independent films.
Daniel has a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Legal Studies from California State University Los Angeles. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the state of California
